Owners have one dog that roams freely on property. (He barks but is friendly)                          

Not responsible for any accidents.  Be advised this is the hill country and rattlesnakes are         

possibly present during warmer weather.  Scorpions are common and we get them as well 

in our home.                          

Personal firearms are allowed on property but please do not fire them on the property                

Check in is at 2:00 pm if previous day was rented. If you would like earlier check in time, call to 

see if available please    

Check out is at 11:00 am unless the cabin is  not booked that day, then check out can be later.
